Building Specifications

I -Electrical Equipment

  • " Legrand " fixtures, "mosaic" sets.
  • Electric boards with "Merlin-Gérin" circuit breakers.
  • Collective antenna and satellite.
  • Emergency generator.
II -Mechanical facilities
  • Feeding of domestic water from the municipal network and from an artesian well.
  • Apartments are fed from a central reservoir ( 2 million liters capacity ) where water is treated and pressurized.
  • Main water pipes are in galvanized steel and polypropylene, and evacuation pipes in PVC, all in compliance with the norms.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with "Lecico" sanitary sets, "Gardenia" model, and "RBM" brand faucets or equivalent.
  • The air-conditioning is by a central unit for each apartment "Alenair" brand (100% U.S.A), for cooling and heating, 5 tons for the apartments in Blocks A and B and 4 tons for the apartments in Block C.
III -Floors and walls finishing
  • The entrance, lounge, dining room, and the balcony of the lounge are in marble "Carrara" or equivalent, rooms and other balconies in local mosaic, bathrooms and kitchens in ceramic, "Uniceramic" brand, of full height.
  • The interior painting is first quality, washable, and of glycerol phtalique for the kitchens and bathrooms.
  • The external building walls will be finished with natural stones and Maplexine.
  • Water proofing and thermal insulation of the roofs are done with Elastomer membrane, thermal insulator HDP manufactured by DOW chemicals , and a 15 cm. gravel layer.
IV -Doors and windows
  • The entrance and lounge doors are in "Mahogany Sappelli" and the other doors in painted plywood.
  • Windows are in aluminum "Sidem" profile, with lacquered brown monoblock. The rolling shutters with ISO blades have a polyurethane insulation.
  • There are plant ferries with a draining system.
V -Kitchen
  • upper and lower cupboards on 3 linear meters, in melamine, "Calypso" model by "Snaïdero".
VI -Elevators
  • The elevators "Atlas" are entirely manufactured in Italy.
    N.B. the promoter has all latitude to modify the above mentioned specifications without notice in case it is required for the project 's interest.
